The Cold, Hard Football Facts have successfully predicted the outcome of NFL games and seasons for over 20 years. These stats have helped us hit our plays at just under 60% the past two seasons, and our stats are starting to become very strong. 

Last week, we went 20-5 and performed very well in our prime time games. Tonight, the stats are giving a clear edge to the Texans, as the Cowboys are one of the worst teams in our metrics. One of the reasons Dallas has been bad lately is because of injuries, and they won't have Dak Prescott for the remainder of the season. 

Prescott's absence has pushed Cooper Rush into the starting role, and this hasn't been positive. Dallas is 24th in Offensive Passer Rating, and they will face the 4th ranked Defensive Passer Rating unit in the NFL. 

Houston is also seventh in Defensive Real Quarterback Rating and second in Defensive Real Passing Yards/Attempt. They shut down the pass and for this reason, we're looking under on Jake Ferguson's receiving line of 33.5 yards. 

We're also taking the under on CeeDee Lamb's long reception, which is set at 20.5 yards. If Dallas fails to protect, they won't have time to take shots down the field. Houston has also been fantastic at tackling, which should prevent any big yards after the catch.
